Welcome to Rosie Moments Travel! Margaret Fallone established the agency in the spring of 1999. Her lifelong love of travel is evident in the type of service we provide - everyone is treated like family and friend - with respect, with great enthusiasm, and an open sharing of whatever resources we can provide.

One thing stands out - Margaret's excitement about travel is contagious! She is continually upgrading her education in destination programs (Specialist for Aruba, St. Lucia, Cayman Islands, Hawaii, Alaska and more), specialist programs (specialist for Family Travel, Rail Travel Mature Travel) and cruise line specialist programs (Specialist for NCL, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and more). She regularly attends trade shows and shows sponsored by vendors so that we can keep up with all the changes in this industry.

Rosie Moments is a Sandals and Beaches Preferred Specialist Agency. Margaret has visited most of the resorts, made great connections with resort personnel and can give you first hand knowledge of Sandals and Beaches.

Margaret is proud of the aquisition of her MCC - Master Cruise Counsellor certification, which she achieved after a two year study & performance program. This important certification was awarded by CLIA - Cruise Line International Association.

Margaret also was recently awarded the VTA and CTA certifications by the Travel Institute - Certified Travel Associate - after a full two year study program. She is also a graduate of the Travel Institute's Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Specialist program, too.

Rosie Moments Travel is a longtime member of ASTA - American Society of Travel Agents and NACTA - National Association of Career Travel Agents.

Julie Rowse
Destination Specialist

Julie's love of travel was instilled at a very young age, thanks to her parents. Still today, it remains her most favorite thing to do! Having traveled to most of the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, all throughout the Caribbean, to 8 countries and after 15 cruises, she has so much experience, information and knowledge to share!

Julie was instrumental in planning her own family travels to Italy recently - quite a learning experience - and between flights, transfers, accommodations, excursions and more, she became a true expert at 'all things Italy'.  A cruise in the Eastern Mediterranean brought her to Split, Zadar and Dubrovnik (which she declared her favorite destination!) Croatia as well as Greece and Southern Italy. A visit to her father's home town in ColleFosse, Italy brought very special moments, especially sharing this experience with her Dad who'd been born there.

A Mother / Daughter trip to Southwest England - brought her wonderful experiences with the culture of the United Kingdom and perhaps one of the most special parts were the times spent in Jane Austen country - Bath England and the Cotswolds. Julie even braved driving British style - left hand side of the road, with steering wheel on the right. She was way braver than her mother! Through her travels, she's experienced the art of  'special moments' travel and would love to help you create your own memories.

Connie Miller
Travel Specialist

After retiring from the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, Connie Miller chose to pursue a career in travel. Her love of travel began in 1983, with her first trip to Disneyland. Her daughter, Amy was only 4 years old at the time, and it was her very first plane ride. That "magical" trip was the spark that ignited Connie's passion for seeing the world.

Over the past 26 years, Connie and her husband Mark have had the good fortune to visit many amazing destinations. They have seen the breathtaking beauty of New Zealand and Australia, the splendor of the pyramids in Cairo and the grandeur of the Coliseum in Rome. They have walked within the walls of majestic palaces in France and Russia, and snorkeled in the blue-green waters of the Virgin Islands. Connie and Mark have watched graceful killer whales during an Alaska cruise, and witnessed the calving of a glacier. They've visited Disney World more times than they can count, and hope to continue their world adventures so that they can share their experiences with others.

The world of travel is constantly changing, and it is vital for travel consultants to familiarize themselves with popular vacation destinations. Connie seeks out any educational opportunities that are available in our industry. It is totally impossible to know everything about every vacation destination. But, fortunately, with our vast network of agents and tour operators, and their eagerness to share information, most questions can be answered quickly and easily.

Connie is very proud to have earned "specialist" designation for Sandals and Beaches Resorts, as well as Disney Parks and Cruise Line. She is also a Specialist for Honeymoons and Destination Weddings, and for the US Virgin Islands. Connie's goal as a travel professional is to make certain that all of her customers enjoy the vacation of their dreams. She prides herself on giving personal attention to every detail of her clients' trip, and "going the extra mile". Superb customer service is her number one priority.
